Blind Eye Pictures is a UK-based film and video production company. It was founded in April 2015 by British actor, George Hewer.

 

The company was set up during a time in which George was suffering from a serious eye condition, that eventually went on to severely impede his sight in one eye, as well as render him unable to work in front of the camera for a significant amount of time.

 

Loath to let this circumstance quench his creativity though, George set up Blind Eye Pictures and put his screenwriting degree to good use by producing audio-based short films, even going so far as to name the company in reference to his disability.
